Is the waterfront suitable for swimming? Where is the nearest Beach?

The shoreline is natural, we do not offer docks/docking. Bobcaygeon offers an assortment of Marinas to store a variety of sizes of watercraft all year long. You may kayak or canoe from the water’s edge.

River View Park, which offers a sandy swim beach & family picnic area is next door.  Forbert Memorial Pool, a short walk away offers indoor swimming all year long.

When can I move in?  What do my condo fees cover?

Purchase your Suite today & we will begin to finish it right away. We offer a 90 – 120 day closing.

Fees cover:  building insurance & exterior building maintenance, interior maintenance of common areas, landscaping, garbage & snow removal, utility costs to support common areas, water / sewer plus a contribution to the reserve fund.

Will I have a storage locker?

Yes! Each owner will have a private, lockable, fully-enclosed storage space in your parking space.  These are large storage lockers – approximately 2′ deep x 9’wide x 9’high.  (Typical condominium lockers are 4’x 6’ wire mesh.)

What are the Municipal taxes?
